Hello,

First of all, I would like to tell you HIV doesn't get transmitted through all this because the moment HIV virus comes in contact with air it dies, so the major route of its transmission is sexual intercourse through the vagina and anal route, blood transfusion, sharing of infected needles through mother to child and breastfeeding. But direct contact of the infected blood can only cause HIV infection when there is a breach in the skin of the other person.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Medhavi Agarwal
