Is HIV Transmission Possible Through Contact With Bodily Fluids Around The Genitals?

Hi Doctor, I had sex yesterday. It was protected. But once I removed from vagina, condom gets slipped and stucked in her vagina. Is there any chance to transfer of HIV or std if my partner having any of these decease? If so what precautions are to be taken from my side.
