HAI,
Any INFECTION will present with symptoms like what you have experienced.
with this symptoms we cannot say whether you have hiv. you have written that you had risky sex 3 weeks ago, so now you can be tested with HIV PCR under a doctors guidance.

General & Family Physician Dr. Urszula Stanko's  Response
Hello,

2-4 weeks after HIV infection You can( but it does not mean that You have to) experience symptoms like:
Fever (this is the most common symptom)
Rash
Sore throat
Swollen glands
Headache
Muscle and joint aches and pains

If You have such symptoms it doesn't mean that You have a Hiv infection. Each of these symptoms can be caused by other illnesses.

If You had unprotected sex You should do a hiv test - this is the only way to know if You are infected.
