Is HCG Diet Safe While Having Fatty Liver And Vitamin D Deficiency?

Hi, I just had a baby 5 mths ago. 2 months after I had him, my doc did my annual blood test and it cam back saying that one of my liver enzymes was not breaking down. Also, I am vitamin D defeciemt. I am taking 5000 vitamon d (rx). Can I do the hcg diet to lose weight because I have been reading and I assume I could have a fatty liver since I am 33 yrs old, 5'1 and weigh 175lbs.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that you do have fatty liver.

If you are currently breast feeding you may want to hold off any drastic changes in diet for now because it would affect the breast milk.

If you are not currently breast feeding then you can choose one of the diet changes available including the HCG diet if this is your preference.

It would normally involve a very low calorie intake at the same time.

I hope this helps
