I went through your query. I am not in agreement with you. Height is increased when the bone length increases. Muscles of the body helps in posture and strength of the body.

Height increase happens upto the age of around 23. Growth spurt happens around the age from 17 to 21. As you are above 24, increase in height is not likely to happen. Even with medicines, as there is no medicine to increase bone length.

Don't worry and be happy with the abilities you have rather than being distressed about things which you don't have.
