Is Follihair Tablets Safe To Use?

I've not consulted any dermatologist before. I'm 23 yrs old and due to hair fall my scalp is getting visible these days. hair fall has been started since last 3-4 yrs but it has got intense after typhoid which occured last month.My colleague has suggested to take Follihair tablets.Is it safe to use it? does it have any side-effects?
