Is Finpecia Advisable For Recurrent Hair Loss?

hi doctor i have hair loss problem i am losing hair since 16,i am 23 now from around 21 my hair loss worsened i am currently norwood 3.5from front and diffuse thinner upto nw5,i have thinned all over top,i tried finepecia once but got side effects i took it for 3 days only,so my concern is should i try it again/? is it safe

Hi.
As per your case history of hair fall, my treatment advice is -
1. Take good nutritious diet full of green leafy vegetables and milk.
2. Apply minoxidil 2 % solution 1ml twice daily on entire scalp.
3. Take an iron supplement and vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 3 months.
4. You can take finpecia 1mg daily once a day for 3 months.
5. Other treatment options are oral follihair, mesotherapy done only by a dermatologist.
