Is Erefuryl Or Flagyl Right Medication For Stomach Pain, nausea And Diarrhea?

Hi Doctor, I have had a fever in the last two days, one day being a high fever of 38.5(Celsius). Along with the fever were nausea, sore throat, and diarrhea. The diarrhea and nausea still exist on the third day, being today. My husband has been giving me lansoprazole(for stomache protection) with suprax 400. I feel the same everytime i take suprax. My stomach feels bloated and like steel, and the diarrhea and nausea continue. So today i told him i didnt want to take the suprax anymore. He gave me to choose between erefuryl and flagyl. Which would be more suitable for my condition? My stomach pain is mild, nausea is mild, diarrhea is watery. Thank you

Hello

Thanks for the query

I hope you meant 'Ercefuryl'. Yes these both medications are taken for stomach pain, nausea and diarrhea. But they are not over the counter medications. I advise you to approach a physician for a detailed work up and treatment

Regards
