Is ESR Value Of 76 A Cause For Concern?

Hi I am 27 tears age female . I have ESR of 76 .. I dont have other symptoms apart of back pain and carotid thrill for about 2 years in the RT side . And I did many investigations and images. . All are good but I have thoracic scoliosis. . What do I have??

In scoliosis ESR level can be high.Regular monitoring of ESR done.If it is constantaly elevated then cosultation for orthopedic surgeon is necessary.
