HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There is a significant reaction between the effexor and the phentermine (duromine). These medications cannot be used together.

They both increase the toxicity/side effects of each other and they also increase the risk of a condition called serotonin syndrome.
This condition can cause tremors, increase in heart rate, increased temperature, agitation, confusion, diarrhea.

It would definitely be best not to add the duromine (phentermine) to your current medications.

I hope this helps
