Is Disperzyme Intake Necesary For Muscle Pain In Body After A Shoulder Injury?

I fell down from the motorbike & injured my shoulder & arm. There was no fracture.I have muscle pain in many body parts while movement like shoulder , thigh muscles etc. I have been advised to take Disperzyme, Hactomax - 625 & Flexura-D twice a day along with Evion LC once a day. I have not been able to find Disperzyme at nearby pharmacy store. Is it necessary to take Disperzyme? What are its primary use? Can i skip this?

Disperzyme is a enzyme.its a costly medicine to reduce swelling....there is no definate need for it if there is no obvious swelling....it has many other uses...but in your case you can skip it.
