Is Deriphyllin Advisable For Allergic Wheezing?

Hii.. M 26 yrs old.. Since childhood I have veezing problem... M 26 yrs now n hav suddenly developed allergic to dust... N m feeling difficult to breathe... At times allegra tablet is also not helpful so I take deriphyllin plain is it oki?? Doctors say it is because of the increase in pollution, and I will have to avoid Dust... It is not possible for me to avoid Dust...

Hi thanks for asking question.

You have allergy to dust.Asthma has to be ruled out by spirometry doing pulmonary function test.

You can wear mask to avoid dust while driving in scooter or at work.

Anyhow if repeated wheezing is present then it us better to start maintainance metered dose inhaler foracort 200 once daily.
It is safe as compare to deriphyllun.

If in between severe bronchospasm occurs then nebulization with levosalbutamol and budesonide can taken..

Eucalyptus oil inhalation can be useful.

Ginger is good herbal remedy for asthma.
Ginger can mix with honey and can taken two times a day for reducing airway inflammation.
