Hi welcome to the health care magic and thanks for asking your query here As You have mentioned that your child is under medication for throat infection and is taking medicines advent and meftal-P, so most probably stomach pain is related to these drugs and i would strongly suggest you to consult with your dr for this before giving any New Medicine including cyclopam as antibiotics can sometimes disturb intestinal flora and leads to the diarrhoea and stomach pain and if this is the case than ur dr will give some probiotics like sporlac along with the antibiotic so having a consultation with your treating dr will be a wise choice rather than giving cyclopam which will only mask the symptom I hope it help thanks again for the question
