Is Cremaffin Plus Advisable For Constipation?

Hi, I am Male/29 suffering from constipation. I haven y been able to dump the load for 3 days now. I took cremaffin plus today, twice, half the bottle done already, had fibres too, lots of water. It made me bloated, run to the toilet but to pass some very thin water, no stool... Please help..

I understand your concern. Cremaffin plus is a syrup used as a stool softener and also as a laxative which relieves constipation. I also suggest you drink water and eat a fiber-rich diet.
