Is C Section Advisable While Baby S Size Being Big And Is In Vertex Position?

I have gestational diabetes and currently at 37 week 4 days. At 36 week, I had ultrasound, and doctor told my baby s weight 6.4 lb which is high at 36 week. Also the baby s head is bigger than what it should be. One more thing, my baby is in vertex position but her back is on my right side. My doctor explained me this is not optimal position for birth. So considering all my situation still should I try for normal delivery, or should I go for c-section?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, normal delivery is the only way out there least concern what ever the position baby has right now, because at the time of pang position changes for sure and this is the natural phenomenon, no need to worry about this, just prepared your self mentally for normal delivery stop worrying about this, you are definitely going to have normal delivery, hope this information helps, take care.
