Buscopan is an antispasmodic and should be used with caution in elderly patients and patients with impaired kidney function. Regular dialysis eliminates the drug from the blood. Buscopan may cause side effects like constipation, dryness of mouth, and urinary retention. Contact your doctor if the side effects are severe.

Both 0 and 06 hrs Trop1 elevated. So diagnosited as Non ST Elevation Mycardial Infarction. Need your suggestion.. I don t know if we have to subject her to all this pain. Also, will this kind of heart problem gets repeated. If we don t undergo angiogram itself, what is the problem/risk. I have weak veins in my arms and the surgeon is trying to connect an artery to a very weak vein. I have a colostomy. Would it be possible for me to have peritoneal dialysis? My kidney doctor says he has never had a patient with both. The surgeon says it would work if necessary.
I am a 48-year-old, Caucasian female. I have been experiencing constipation alternating with diarrhea . There is always a pinkish to red mucus discharge with the bowel movement . This can be seen in the stool or separate - such as when I have diarrhea - and then the mucus is actually separate from the stool. It appears in a blob or ball like formation, kind of fluffy, and can range from pink to red in color. I am a cancer survivor (cervical/uterine and Thyroid). Recently (2011) diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis . I currently work for a physician but do not wish to ask. Any information - and I know it is not a diagnosis - would be appreciated.
