Is Babygesic A Safe Medicine For Fever In An Infant?

Hi, my son is 3+months old & he was suffering from viral fever, but the fever has comedown. Since 2 nights he was not sleeping well, but today he started crying more. My Pediatrist advised me to give him babygesic. So just wanted to find out how safe is this medicine? Please advise
