Is BP Of 130/100, High?
Hi, I; play tennis for at least one hour per week, weigh about 90kg and am 1.58 meters tall. i saw a little stain in the mucous I blew from my nose and took my blood pressure after my routine weekly exercise of one hour on the tennis court it was 130/100. Am i hypertensive?
