Of course it does depend in what situation this was taken in. If your BP is normally 140+ and all of a sudden it plummets to 90, then this may be indicative and in acute situations a plummet in BP could indicate shock etc, so 'normal' and 'good' depends on the individual in question,conditions in which it was measured and other relevant factors such as age. If this is an average reading (or there abouts) it's completely normal.
Lower than average BP is only ever a problem if it's so low that it's unable to push blood around the body.

I am a heavy drinker but I do exercise daily with cardio and upper body conditioning. When I get up in the morning I take my blood preassure after I have been up for an hour. I only drink water before taking my preassure . My morning readings are are upper 140 s /mid 80 s to lower 90 s. with a pulse of 60to 79. My evening readings range from 110-132/ 56-70/ with pulse from 72-94. Do I have a reason to be concerned

Hi I have a BP monitor at home . Right now my reading is 130/86. I have a Bicuspic valve. Today I have been put on a low dose of BP medication after my clinic measured my BP at 151/113. This was taken immediately on arrival at the clinic after walking from the car park and a rather stressfull car journey. Am I right to be concerned about the starting medication on this evidence? ..
