Is BCG Vaccination Necessary Before Leaving To Abu Dhabi?

We are moving to Abu Dhabi with our 3 young children (5,3,2) and have been advised to get them vaccinated with the BCG jab. When I phoned to arrange this they said it wasn't an 'at risk' area and that they didn't need it. I am confused as i am hearing two different things so please could you clarify and give me advise on how to get it booked if i need to without being dismissed. I am in the UK now but move in Sept.
