Is Argin Granules Safe To Have During Pregnancy?

I am 33 yrs old and am 39 weeks pregnant. I was advised Argin (L-Arginine granules) about a month back by my doc as the baby weight was 2.4 kg in the 34 weeks + my dietry intake was lesser than what it should have ideally been. I was also advised to regularly have Mothers Horlicks. Please confirm whether it is safe to have Argin Granules during pregnency.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion Arginine granules are usually prescribed in cases of intrauterine growth retardation(IUGR),low liquor etc.It s nothing but protein so it doesn't have any bad effects on.pregnancy.Take high protein diet.And rest in left lateral position preferably.
