Is Anastrozole the right medicine for recurrent breast cancer?

I took 1mg of anistrozole(sp) for breast cancer - about 1-1/2 years. Breast cancer was found again in the same breast and area. If other breast cancer cell inhibitors have similar active ingredients, why should I take them since it didn t work the first time?
