General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, If i were your treating doctor then i would advice
1) Ambrolite can be used, as it help to dissolve mucous and get it out from lungs, in children it should be used with precaution. consult with your physician.
2) Regarding antibiotics, as you have completed the full course, it is not necessary now.
3) maintain adequate hygiene, use pure boiled water which is lukewarm for drinking.
4) This kind of infections is common in children, so do not panic, as it will be relieved by medications.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help
