Is Aloe Vera Gel Advisable For Vulvar Lichen Planus?

Hi. I think I have lichen planus on my i side labial lip. It certainly looks like what I have seen on the internet. My doc is hard to see, and I am looking for relief of the itching, burning and the erosion. I have estrogen cream, but am wondering if I can apply aloe vera gel directly onto my labial lip. Thank you.
