Is AST Level Affected In Case Of Migraines?

my ast level was 89. how long does it take to lower. I have a glass of wine oh say average 1 night w/dinner and a couple times a week 1 hr before bed to help me sleep. (im a terrible sleeper). I get migrains / bad head aches and sometimes take 6-800 mg of ibuprofen/tylenol/aleve/bayer. what ever it takes. my vit d is 19.

Hello,

AST level has got no relation with headache or migraine. The ALT value of 89 is not that high and does not suggest any liver disease. If you have any liver conditions the ALT will be in thousands.

However, it will be better to avoid alcohol and other substances which will have any adverse effects on liver.
