Is ANA Level Killing The Lungs?

I have high centromere levels 8+ and with same 8+ of anticentromere. in August 2010. Haven t checked since then. I quite smoking 5 years ago but my lung function, after improving for a year to a FEV 48 seems to have begun dropping. 48 on 7/2009, 42.6 on 7/2010 and 30 on 2/14/2013. On the last test I was very ill so that probably skewed it lower than normal personal baseline. What are the odds given the high ANA issue that schelordema is attacking my lungs and reducing lung function. I do have Reynauds Syndrome. The 2 longest fingers on each hand turn white in mild cold. 3 Pet scans in 2010 showed glassy opaque regions that resolved by the next scans, spaced a month apart, and were replaced with new similar regions that also resolved. A PET scan showed I think a 1.6 on the glucose so cancer was ruled out and the diagnosis was asprirational phenomia but said further study need to determine etiology. Is my ANA killing my lungs?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your problem, increased level of ANA doe not cause any thing wrong but of course the reason for that the ANA being gone or detected could be dangerous and that underlying cause has great matter of concern, I hope this information helps you have nice day.
