Is 110 pounds normal for a person of height 5 feet?

Is 110 pounds normal for a person at exactly 5 feet tall? Friends in my school are about 140-180 pounds at near my height, and they are everywhere. Should I excercise more and eat healthier foods?

you need protein... and to exercise. Soy protein in the morning, yogurt on a break, and healthy lunch, small dinner.. give it a month.. with good exercising and you will gain good weight abd body tone.
