It may be due to the hormonal changes that occur in your body.Use cetaphil lotion/acnelak soap to wash your face and wash frequently if needed.Apply clindamycin cream on the pimples twice a day. There is a natural method of grinding clove and applying on face.Stress increases chance of more pimples,so need to relax. Nothing can be cured immediately, takes some time, need to be patient. If the scars persist use retino-a cream 0.05% over the scar area. Dont try to manipulate the pimples,it will only spread more.Take a course of doxycycline tablets once a day for a month.

General & Family Physician Dr. Shivangi Sah's  Response
hello mnsifan,
done worry sometimes there are irregular periods and acne because of stress and tension around you. due to this there is hormonal imbalance. so don't stress your self over the wedding... go for spa treatment and as for you periods take regestrone tab. twice a day for 3 days after your marriage soz your period will start 3 to 5 days after you take the tab.
go to a spa and relax
take care
