hello there,
you are having polycystic ovarian disease. This is a problem due to hormonal imbalance which occurs due to obesity. This leads to irregular ovulation or anovulation and is a cause for infertility.
As you have mentioned you had weight gain after your first pregnancy which has not come back to normal.
I would suggest you, weight reduction with the help of proper diet and exercise.
If you are anxious for conception, you will need some basic investigations and treatment. But weight reduction along with this tretment is a must.
Do not get depressed and panic about this.
