Irregular Periods, Overweight, Not On Any Pills, Habit Of Masturbating. How Can I Regularize My Periods?
hi doctor i am 13 and have bee mastubating for two years but i don t do it regularly its just un 1 month i do it twice or thrice but the main is that i have irregular periods and i am confused and i want my periods to be regular.I am over weight but i don t consume any sorts of pills or anything else so plz advise me what should i do

Masturbating at this age group is a common practice.It has no effect on your menstruation.
During initial period of menarache you have irregular flow of hormones so your menstrual cycle is irregular.
Nothing to worry for it.
It will regular by its own after few cycles.
