Irregular Periods, Not Conceived Yet. Treated For PCOS. Any Solution ?

Hi Doctor., I was diagnosed with PCOS two years ago and was on medication (Duoluton L and Glycomet) for three months. My periods became regular then. I got married four months ago and i m having irregular periods again.. I have not conceived yet and i didnt get periods after september 19. My height is 167 cm and i weigh 57 kilograms. Kindly suggest me a solution.

HI,thanks for your query.first do hormonal profile like FSH,LH,Prolactin and Thyroid function test,and take pelvic usg with tubal patency test.seminal analysis for your husband is essential.consult your gynaecologist,PCOs is a common problem now.Dont worry.

hi welcome to hcm.see first u have to lose some weight around 4 to 5 kg.do regular exercise and yoga.u do urine pregnancy test if it negative then take T.devary (10mg) one tab three times a day for 3 days after stop the medicine u get ur periods in 3 to 4 days.after that concen gynec for ur trouble.don't get upset pco can conceive by treatment.
