Irregular Periods, Nausea. Negative Pregnancy Test

I have always been irregular, skipping 1-2 months in the cycle. My periods have always been 5 days. After getting married I have been getting my period every month for 5 months but they are only 2-3 days and very light and clumpy, also with clots sometimes. Also, ever since getting married I have been feeling nausueous. I am not pregnant (negative test today) and I wasnt sexually active before I got married. I dont know whats going on. I dont have medical insurance so I dont know what to do. Can you help me out?
