Irregular Periods, Getting Regular Periods While Taking Safi. Treatment? Suggestions?

Sir,Can u plz tell me how can I get my periods on time?I am 22yrs old.Many times it was delayed by 2months also.But these days it's delayed my 10-15 days.....I used to take blood purifier(Safi) which helped me.I took it for 6yrs.But it became used to for me,,,,nothing helped me except safi.
when I stopped taking safi,,m not getting my periods on time,and even the flow is too less,just for 2 days
I am eating a lots of fruits like papaya,,,,nd drinking green tea with lemon...will these help????

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
It seems that you might have some hormoanal imbalance causing this problem.
Consult gynaece and go for investigations.
After all reports she may go for 3-4 months hormonal courses and you will get your normal period.
Food or fruits are nothing to do with your problem.
Rule out hypothyroid as well.
