Irregular Periods, Dizziness, Occasional Fainting, Severe Stomach Pain And Nausea. Normal Test Results. Serious?

Hi ,my daughter is 17,has a bit of irregular periods ,feels tired often,dizzy,and faints sometimes....she is not pregnant,just had her periods a few days ago,she sometimes has very bad stomach pain and nausea ...had the same problem a few years ago,did a battery of test and gastroscopie and found nothing...i would like to know if it could be anything serious..

Hi,
From history it seems that she might be having some psychological upset due to hormonal changes going on at this age.
Period can be irregular and might be having some pre menstrual symptoms.
Give her high nourishing diet.
Ok and take care.
