Irregular Periods After Stopping Breastfeeding. Heaviness And Tenderness In Breasts, Cramping, Lower Back Pain. Pregnant?

Hey doc
I have been having very irrugular periods since I had a period. So before I was sexual active I haven't had a period for 8 months and as soon I became sexual active I got pregnant but when I was doing the urine pregnancy test it always show negaitive even in the hospital even the blood test the first time showed only 5% of pregnancy they did it again and it showed high amount of HCG hormone and the doc had to do an ultrasound to confirm the pregnancy. So I had a healthy baby and I have been breastfeeding her for 2 years. And while I was breastfeeding her I used to get my period every two months. Now I stopped breastfeeding her 6 monthsago in march 28 and after I stopped breast feeding her I only had my period in July 27 and I haven't got it since then it been three months. But now for the past two weeks I been feeling my breast are fuller and heavier and tenderness that comes and goes which usually I don't get breast tender during my periods. And I been feeling cramping and mostly my lower back it hurts and uncomfortable also I been feeling metallic taste in my mouth and today I am very tired. I did several urine test and its always negaitive as usual. I went to the doc she did me an urine test and its also negative. She said that my uterus is alittle enlarged and she did me and ultrasound but she said she really can't see nothing. So I really want to know if I am pregnant or not? And how can I know?
