Irregular Periods. Uterus Is Small And Ovaries Are Not Identified In Ultrasound Scan. What Could Be The Problem?

My friend who is 22years old is suffering frm severe prblm.she never had normal periods for het periods comes only after taking NOVELON tablet.when done ultra scan her uterus is small 47*20*30 bt her ovaries was not identified.
She has normal karyotype 46, XX.
Normal height161 cm and weight is 62kg..

breast tanner 3rd stage.
pubic hair normal
but fsh level is 99.
normal thyroid nd prolactin level.

What may be her disease?
Is her disease curable?can the ovaries be be normal.can she have child in future normally? Will she be normal like other girls?can her prblm be solved

This is probably a case of uterine atrophy. It is important to know if this had ever been diagnosed before or not. Chronic ans systemic diseases could explain this. However, the opinion of a gynecologist is needed under such circumstances. Kind regards
