Hello,

Here, you need to repeat the home pregnancy test or undergo one blood test for beta-hCG to confirm pregnancy. Early pregnancy test is less significant.

Following test result, you need to consult with gynecologist to undergo other relevant investigation to pinpoint the diagnosis. Take suggestive measures accordingly.

Take healthy diet with iron supplements, avoid stress, maintain genital hygiene properly. Be well.

Hi thanks for using HCM.

Your history suggest you were on duphaston. Had period with in 14 days and same time you got diagnosed for cyst of 6 cms. This may suggest implantation bleeding. Then you continued medicines The sac has gone. Also had cervical infection. Now no infection, no period for a month and no duphaston and you are on folsafe but UPT negative.
This may suggest that your normal cycle has disturbed due to no progesterone effect of duphaston and not due to pregnancy. Since duphaston is a synthetic progesterone it is required to assist for your normal cycle and for pregnancy. Consult your gynaecologist for furthe advice. Hope I answered your question

Wish you good health
