Irregular Periods. Got Result Of Ultrasound. Online Doctor To Advice?

Sir,
Good day!
Please advice with regards to the result of my Ultrasound, if this will affect us to conceive and what are the best thing to do. I'm 33 years old and with irregular mentrual Cycle.

Resultnof my Ultrasound:

Uterus: 5.9 x 4.2 x3.0 cm retroverted
Cervix: 2.0 x 2.4 x 1.9 cm without nabothian cyst
Endometrium: 0.9 cm hyperechoic
Right Ovary 3.1 x 2.2 x 6.2 cm ( volume = 6.2 cc)
Left ovary: 2.9 x 2.0 x 1.4 cm ( volume = 4.4)
Other No free fluid in cul de sac

Remarks:

Both ovaries are lateral to the uterus and contain more than 12 subcapsular follicle measuring less than 1.0 cm in diameter with dense stroma suggestive of Bilateral Multicystic Ovaries.

Impression:

Normal Sized retroverted uterus with thin and intact endometrium.
Bilateral Multicystic Ovaries.
No Adnexal Masses seen in this Scan.
No cul de sac fluid.

Thank you so much for taking time of my Enquiry.

Dear chereil2001,
It seems that you have polycystic ovaries by the ultrasound picture, if you have excessive hair growth in your body, and serum LH > FSH, so you have polycystic ovary syndrome.
This syndrome doesn't prevent pregnancy but it only delays it or makes it difficult by the normal marital life.
It has short term (irregular cycles, acne, hirsutism and delayed pregnancy) and long term (impaired glucose tolerance, obesity, high blood pressure and liability for endometrial cancer if not treated) consequences.
My first advice is to loose weight and optimize your Body mass index as this sole advice may completely cure your problem and you can have regular cycles and normal pregnancy.
Then you should start regular visits with your doctor in order to give you induction of ovulation and put a plan for you in order to get pregnant.
I hope this piece of information is useful to you and I wish you the best of luck.
