Irregular Periods. Follicular Study Done, Normal? Taking Medication, Can I Be Pregnant?

hi doctor,i have irregular periods, had a miscarriage in nov2012. i had done my follicular study on day 8,april 2013,my reports are as follows
ROF-few 5-6mm
LOF-multiple 8-9mm,12*13mm
ET-5.4m
is it normal? i took fertyl tablets on day2 to day7,and from day8 t0 day11 taking progynova 2mg tablets and taking hcg injection on day 8. is this treatment good for me to become pregnant?

Thanks for your query.
The treatment you have described is perfectly normal for a cycle of follicular monitoring alongwith ovulation induction to help you ovulate and conceive.
Follicular monitoring is just started on day 7 or day 8, and then continued daily.
Normally, follicle grows at a rate of 1 to 2 mm per day, till it reaches a size of 18 - 20 mm, when it is considered a mature follicle.
This is when trigger injection to help rupture of follicle ( cause ovulation ) is given.
You have provided reports of only the initial starting day.
This report is fine
But to interpret meaningfully, you need to provide the entire cycle's serial follicular monitoring report.
