Hello and welcome to HCM,

Pre mature ovarian failure is a condition wherein the ovaries fail to produce mature follicles. Mature follicles release ovum/ egg which is fertilized by the spem and hence pregnancy takes place.
If the diagnosis is premature ovarian failure, there should be no follicular cyat formation.
However, your ultrasound scan is revealing a follicular cyst in one of your ovaries.
This suggests that your ovary is functioning and there is possibility of conceiving.
Consult your gynecologist for a follicular scan and revision of the diagnosis.

Thanks and take care
