I understand that you are worried and want to know if you may be pregnant and also about the discharge.
First regarding the pregnancy
, If you have taken a pregnancy test and it is negative, the chances of pregnancy are low provided the test was taken at least 3 weeks after your last sexual episode. That means that if you were ovulating at that time it takes at least 3-4 weeks after ovulation for the test to be positive. So check this timing as to when you took the test, if it was done before 3-4 weeks of the last sexual contact, repeat it after that duration using the first morning urine sample. If it is negative at 3-4 weeks then pregnancy can be almost ruled out.
Regarding the swollen labia
. This is not an uncommon occurrence if it has healed by itself, do not worry about it now.
Now regarding the vaginal discharge
, since the discharge is excessive and also has a foul odor, it is best to get evaluated for an infection as the swollen labia also points to an infectious source. From the description of the discharge it seems like a yeast infection called candidiasis
that can be easily treated with clotrimazole
ointment or vaginal tablets
Your ADHD medications have no bearing to this so do not worry.
Hope I was able to help you.
Thanks for using HCM, have a good day.
