Irregular Period. Have Pcod And Uterus Didelphys. Suggest Remedy

I'm having my period. It's been 2 months. i have pcos and uterus didelphys the last time i bleed it was only for not even 24 hours n it stopped. its been about 5 weeks since that happened. I started bleeding yesterday and today when i went to the bathroom i had a long red thing on my tampon. it almost looked like a peace of muscle.

Sometimes during menstruation endometrial tissue will shed along with blood.
So the tissue you mentioned could be endometrial piece.
If the bleeding stops by time, no need to worry.
If the bleeding increases better to consult gynecologist once and get examined.
