Irregular Period. Have Brown Discharge. Paranoid. Cause?

Hi, I am 17 and have really irregular periods for the past 3 years. The last time I had gotten mine was about 4 months ago but I have recently became sexually active 2 weeks ago. I now am getting brown discharge, is it a sign of pregnancy or just due to the irregularity of my periods? I have gotten it before and may just be paranoid as to its cause.

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
As your periods are irregular it is difficult to tell the cause for your bleeding.
You once go for pregnancy test.
If the test comes negative, consult gynecologist once get examined and go for ultrasound once.
By this the possible cause for your problem can be identified and treatment can be given.
Use some contraceptive measure in future to avoid these complications.
