Irregular Menses, Tests Showed Non-tuberculous Mycobacteria. What Treatment Should Be Taken?

Hi, My wife was facing problem of irregular menses, so our dr. did her DNC, & she sent her sample for Real time PCR. in report we got that she has Non tuberculous mycobacteria DETECTED. now we are in a big problem, cant decide what to next. dr is saying that we should go for another dnc to detect that frm which we will know that which of the bactaria is detected. And as well as we should start a 12 month treatment of ETB-PIZA 800mg, Rifampicin 600 mg and clariwin 500mg. PLEASE advice that what to do????
