Intermittent severe stomach pain causing light headedness, nausea and sweating. Relief measure?

I ve been having terrible pain in my stomach that makes me drop to a crouching position. The pain gets worse and then I feel light headed, nauseous, and start sweating. The pain subsides for a brief time and then comes back. The pain will last 5 or so minutes and come back in 5 or so minutes. Is it digestive and what can I do?
