Interested In Weight Loss

hi i really want to lose up to 10 kilo but no one would help me becouse the say that i have a nice body my problem is that i eat alot and i never felt full for the past 2 weeks and this really drive me crazy becouse i will gain back all what i had lost so i need ur advise for loseing wieght especially the fats and how to controll my self in food

what is ur age , height and weight ? this is important to know and reduce according to ur BMI. coming to ur question itzz jus will power or determination which is above all in acheiving anything hence not taking food is not the answer to loose weight. protiens , fats , carbohydrates along with vitamis are very essential for proper metabolisim so having a good healthy life style along with proper diet shall help u . for weight loss early morning jogging or workout for minimum 30-1hr is essential please prepare urself a diet chart and plan .secondly try to concentrate on something else more like fruits juices etc for controlling ur self from fattyfoods .

you had not given full detain on which i can comment something, like your age, weight, height, diet habits, work, etc. these all factors are directly affecting to weight.

tips to lose weight in obese patient,

-dieting

-exercise, yoga, meditation

-take more liquids

-drink water 10min before food

-take more raw food like salad

-avoid sugar, oily food, non-veg etc.
