Intense Vaginal White Sores Due To Itching, Thick, White Odorless Discharge, Pain In Clitoris During Sex. Used Monistat 3. Suggest

Hello,

I have been struggling with intense vaginal sores and other symptoms the past few days. About 7 days ago I went to visit my boyfriend and we had a lot of sex. After about the 4th go in 2 days I started to notice some pain that seemed felt overuse. That day I noticed some thick, white, odorless discharge like I was about to get a yeast infection (I have had them in the past from similar situations). That night we were hooking up again and when my boyfriend went down on me, my clitorus was in intense pain and I made him stop. I noticed the next day my vagina still felt overused and it started itching really bad that night. Unfortunately, that same night I started my period so I could no longer tell if there was discharge. I made the mistake of scratching and the next day the places that I scratched turned in to red sores that look like a spoon scooped in my skin. Also, my clitorus has a small scratch on the side and the hood has a big open wound similar to the sores on my labia. During those days my whole body ached but was quickly relieved with ibuprofen. 3 days later the sores have turned white, almost like a slight puss coating and are still very painful. I have been alternating between tampons and pads, some nights with tampons to let the sores air out. I have accumulated a few more white caved-in sores at places that I have scratched.

I just finished my period today so I am wondering if I should let them dry out?

I used Monistat 3 at the beginning of the week so the inside of my vagina is no longer itching. I have been putting vitamin E oil on the sores to help reduce the pain. It still hurts very bad to wipe and some pain when I'm walking to classes.

What should I use to heal the sores faster?
Should I keep using Vitamin E?
Also, what might be going on with me?

Hi,
f From history it appears that you had vaginal infection, might be fungal.
But due to over sex and itching there might be having secondary bacterial infection producing soreness, pain and discharge.
go for one antibiotic medicine course to cure infection.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
Ok and take care.
