Intense Pain On Left Breast, Back, Elbow. Burning Sensation On Fet. What Could It Be?

I had twice a very sharp pin/needle pain under the tissue of my left breast and it went through the back, the pain was so intense that it woke me up from my sleep once and it ached almost to the elbow too. it lasted at least 2 hours, I also have since (more or less the same month, february) burning sensation on my feet but they are fresh at touch. what could it be?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome to HCM.
Pain on breast and back could be due to muscular pain but sifting to elbow suggests nerve involvement at cervical region.burning sensation at feet also indicate B12 deficiency.Go for CBC,S.B12,S.Cal. Start intra muscular inj.b12 every alternate day. Oral NSAIC with muscle relaxant, local gel will be helpful.Diabetes should be ruled out after FBS,PPBS.
Cervical x-ray is necessary.
Consult you physician for further guidance and medical management.
