Intake Of CLR Fumes Harmful In Pregnant Woman?

I just found out I am pregant. Its about 4 weeks. Yesterday I used CLR to clean part of my bathtub and I am scared that it touching my skin or me inhaling the fumes might harm the baby. Would it have harmed the pregnancy in any way? I also used some bleach.

hello and welcome.

There is a certain amount of bleach and CLR that can cause harm to your baby, but as we cannot be sure about how much you were exposed to or you absorbed we cannot really be sure of whether or not any harm has been caused.

I would recommend close monitoring of your pregnancy and your child's growth and development especially during the first 20-24 weeks of your gestation, and if all is well we can be thankful.

Best wishes.
