Hello.Of the drugs that you refer, clonazepam and zolpidem are suitable for treating insomnia, but not escitalopram.Escitalopram is a good antidepressant but for to treat insomnia other antidepressants are more effective (with double effect: antidepressant and hypnotic).I treat my patients with Trazodone 50-100 mg or Mirtazapine15-30 mg at night when insomnia with depressive symptoms is the diagnosis. Please consult your local doctor for assess replace escitalopram and for prescription.I wish you good health.
